When organisations go through change or need to implement business strategies, it is critical to know how staff see the climate and culture, as well as their role in it. This survey gives guidance with regards to development and training needs.
The Motto Engagement Survey™ (a climate and culture survey) is an independent, reliable instrument that measures levels of engagement and focus on the strategic goals of the organisation. This survey provides an accurate snapshot of the Organisation/Division/Team’s current state of affairs on all the elements that contribute towards climate and engagement.
The empirical results of the survey show which elements of the culture and climate may need urgent attention. With the survey results, a recommendation of prioritised interventions is delivered to address all identified areas of concern. This may include how to “sell” the vision of the organisation to its employees and integrate all their work and discretionary efforts, in order to focus on its services and customer experiences.
